Smoothing mesh help

Hi, I’m a complete noob. I want to sculpt on this model (ts4 base model) to make my own skin textures, but I don’t know how to smooth this mesh. Here’s a vid of someone doing this (in Blender) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRHYBpVPBaY

How do I do this in zbrush?

Hi @Eudora

You have vertices that need welding. That is why the mesh splits when you subdivide it. Go to “Tool > Geometry > Modify Topology” and click “Weld Points” button before you Subdivide.
