Merlin, one of the most cherished characters brought to life by the legendary animator Milt Kahl, has always captivated me. Not just for his quirky personality, but for the delightful way he interacts with his long, flowing beard. A silent co-star that amplifies Merlin’s charm.
Milt Kahl’s work has long been a source of inspiration for me, and Merlin is a perfect example of why. His characters aren’t just drawings, they’re living, breathing personalities.
Inspired by this, I decided to take on the challenge of recreating that pose in 3D, which was a great learning opportunity.
