Hello, I wanted to add two ears, with symmetry, but as my head is not symmetrical, I created them a little further, only now I have to move them to stick them. When I select an ear with the selection rectangle for example, everything else disappears (besides I don’t know if it erases the rest, I did a ctrl+z. Thank you in advance for your solutions!!

If it’s all in the same subtool, you can just mask anything that you don’t want to move. For example, if you just want to move 1 ear, you would hold down Ctrl and draw the mask over the head and the other ear. Then you can move the 1 ear were you want.
Thank you so much!! I thought that like Photoshop we could select a part and move within the layer itself, I will try your method right now, without waiting!!
