Valorant itself is a pretty popular game at the moment, made by the same company RIOTgames.
Chamber
The character itself is named Vincent Fabron, a Frenchman who lives his life in search of one necessary goal, determined/relentless.
3D Sculptings
He spent much of his time with combat, and weapons, having worked in the French military before becoming a PMC marksman and a weapon designer for kingdom defense. His employment at the Kingdom was only a stepping stone for his sacred path in pursuit of truth.

Aside from his relentlessness to seek the truth, he is quite smug, and like to stay stylish, while he does his job.
