Portrait of a City Overseer for a personal project. This character is a cunning rogue, a sweet-tongued liar, and a thoroughly unpleasant type who conducts his business through flattery and intrigue. The design is inspired by the bright and grotesque aesthetic of The Boxtrolls movie.
